Sound Baths with Jen

Sound baths are known to help managing anxiety and sooth the nervous system. You may also find they help you gain clarity around an issue or guidance along one of life's pathways. Let Jen, of Olio Skin and Beard, treat you to a journey through sound and other senses (for example chocolate, essential oils, burning sage...). These sessions will be small (capped at 15) and while we may schedule more jovial events (such as pot lucks or socials) in the future, these sessions will be curated to be a peaceful, reflective gatherings.
